By accessing the Marysys website (https://marysys.vercel.app), you agree to comply with these terms and applicable laws.

2. Professional Services

Agency deliverables, sprint timelines, performance metrics, and payments are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Marysys and the client.

3. Intellectual Property

All website design tokens, source code, logos, and original written analysis belong to Marysys or are licensed for our use. Client work product ownership is transferred upon final project delivery and payment.
